On Safari In Africa

For our first ever safari adventure, David & Celia headed to South Africa with Chris & Kate. We decided on a late September adventure, which is just before springtime and before the rains-- so the weather was dry and rather warm.  After a couple of days in Johannesburg, we went into the bush at Madikwe, western part of the country near Gabarone Botswana. We stayed at the lovely Rhulani Lodge. Armed with a digital camera and binoculars (for the birders in our group), we captured some spectacular images and went home with lasting memories.
